Qualifications for a B-Tech Lecturer..!!!!

1.He/She should have the capability to forget their past and expect perfect students in every aspect.

2.Should treat the students as war opponents.

3.Should be kind enough to cut the attendance eventhough the students are present in the classroom.

4.Should maintain a smile while offering a ''getout''.

5.Should behave as an expert in a subject ignoring the fact that they also have the same 6months knowledge + rehersal in the previous hour about a topic.

6.Should make sure that the assignments are given in such a way that there will be loopholes for a resubmission.

7.Should pretend to be covering the entire portion by not spairing even a second in the class,eventhough 60% of the syllabus portions are left for the students.

8.Should have a broad mind to cut the internal marks without cause as if the remaining marks determine their salary scale.


9.Should maintain equality and make sure that some should get more ''equality''.


10.Should have the courage to say-''i love teaching profession'',unless and untill a new job is got.
